While Covid-19 restrictions are in force, the booking conditions are amended so that any advance payment made by you WILL BE REFUNDED if your stay has to be cancelled as a result of government-imposed restrictions forbidding the use of self-catering accommodation. This amendment applies ONLY TO BOOKINGS MADE DIRECTLY WITH US. If your booking has been made through a booking portal (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com), that portal's booking conditions will apply.

Upon receiving your booking request, we'll reserve the dates for 48 hours. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your non-returnable deposit, which is 25% of the cost of your booking. The balance is due six weeks prior to the start of your stay.
If booking less than six weeks before your stay, the full cost of the stay is payable on booking. Payments can be made via BACS transfer or, with a 3% surcharge, Paypal.
